We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Change Partner to join our People Strategy, Projects & Change team on 12-month fixed-term (full-time) contract.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Change Lead, you will provide collaborative and proactive Change Management expertise supporting management and staff across our various operational divisions.

**About you**:
**To be considered, you will have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Design or Social Sciences
- Demonstrable depth in leading and using ADKAR change frameworks and initiatives in a highly dispersed and diverse workforce
- Current Australian driver’s licence and commitment to occasional travel.
- Proven problem-solver and sponsor of innovative and continuous improvement
- Well-developed collaborative and participative leadership skills and experience
- Sound understanding of the principles of change management, project management and organisational development
- Further relevant qualifications, such as in data and analytics, project management, strategy, or organisational psychology - desirable
- Genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s vision, purpose and values.
