**As a CSSD Instrument Technician your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure sterilizing practice standards AS 5369 (2023) and infection control are adhered to at all times
- Perform duties in all work areas of CSSD (Decontamination, Packing, Sterilisation and Loans)
- Operate and document all machinery operational requirements
- Document and report all quality activities.
- Flexibility in work locations, morning and afternoon shifts plus weekends at short notice.

**Essential Criteria**:

- At least 1 year CSSD Technician experience
- Certificate III in sterilizing Services or working towards this certificate
- Committed to maintaining currency in practical skills and knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently
- Able to prioritize, plan and take the initiative to respond to changes
- Basic / Intermediate computer skills
