Hays have had the exciting opportunity to partner with a leading independent specialist in industrial instrumentation and controls projects. They provide innovative solutions in engineering, design, construction, and installation all throughout the Asia Pacific region.

This organisation has just moved into a brand-new office based in Norwest Business Park and is seeking a Business Support Administrator to join their collaborative work environment. This is a fantastic role for someone who is looking to be part of an organisation with passion and purpose.

Your new role

This role serves as the support function for the business. We are seeking someone with a highly developed skillset within administration.

Duties will include:

- Administration - office and administration support, including answering telephones and general correspondence, and maintaining staff amenities
- Meetings - coordinate meetings, including organising meetings/workshops/training/events, preparing agendas, taking minutes and distribution
- Safety and Environmental - assist Safety Manager, including preparation of OHS&W Reports, and coordinating meetings
- Quality Assurance - coordinate Internal and External Audits for ISO Standards, maintaining registers and QA documents with the Integrated Management System
- Finance - assist the Financial Controller and Finance Team, including entering staff timesheets, processing payroll and staff reimbursements, manage leave, entering and sending invoices, and maintaining company vehicles
- Human Resources - HR support, including coordinating Letter of Offer, issuing Employment Contracts, arranging pre-employment medical assessments, maintaining HR Register, coordinate staff inductions and performance reviews, and Return to Work Coordinator
- Marketing - marketing support, including website administration and social media management
- Any other ad hoc duties as required

What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong administration skills covering the areas listed above
- Technical skills encompassing the MS Office Suite
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to support where needed
