**_About the role_**

Based next to Moorabin Airport, this successful Sporting Goods supplier represents market leader golf brands **Titleist **& **FootJoy**, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their day shift team in a permanent position. Hours are Monday 8am - 4.30pm and Tuesday to Friday 8am - 4pm.

**_ Duties_**
- Leading, supervising, and coordinating team members safely and efficiently across all warehouse activities.
- Determining and allocating priorities of work.
- Ensure that the correct goods are delivered to the customer on time.
- Problem solving and resolution of problem orders.
- Monitor and improve team member performance through coaching and mentoring.
- Liaise and work with other departments (Customer Service, Inventory, Production).
- Report team KPI's each day.
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping and 5S standards.
- Embody and instil the Company Values.

**_Skills and experience_**
- An innovative attitude with a focus on continuous improvement to push Operations to the next level.
- 5+ years of practical experience in Warehousing.
- 1+ year(s) of current experience in Managing small teams (15 people).
- Be a safety leader.
- Clear communicator and excellent collaborator with a team and consumer focus.
- High level of organization, understanding priorities and allocating work.
- Valid forklift license and experience in Electric Reach Forklifts.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting using modern ERP (SAP), WMS and TMS.
- Experience in Domestic and International logistics and shipping systems.
- A can-do, 'roll up the sleeves' mentality.
- A passion for Golf is desirable.
