An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Risk Officer to join our Governance team. In this permanent position you'll be working alongside a small and dedicated team that are experts in providing our organisation with governance advice and developing robust frameworks.

***About this position**:
The Risk Officer is responsible for embedding the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the organisation. This encompasses management and oversight of the Strategic and Operational Risk Registers. Ranging from reputational through financial and operational risks facing the organisation. Liaising with all areas of the organisation to ensure the registers are accurately maintained and updated. Developing a single source of truth for risk management including reporting, mitigation measures and residual risks. Training other employees in the use of the software used to manage the risk registers. Applicants are advised that this role incorporates enterprise -wide risk management, and is not solely focused on WHS risks.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Certificate Level 4 Qualification or higher, in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Experience in undertaking research and analysing data and information
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement
- Ability to report on progress and outcomes clearly, concisely and accurately
- Demonstrated ability to work with and engage staff in improving processes and systems and delivering innovative solutions

**Full Time**:35 hours a week
