As part of the Vanguard Healthcare Solutions family established in 1999, we specialise in purpose-designed and built mobile and modular facilities, offering new or replacement healthcare spaces including operating rooms, endoscopy suites, and sterilisation and diagnostic departments.

We are looking for a hybrid Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane, Australia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in collecting, delivering and setting up units
- Induct contractors at customer sites once the units are installed
- Oversee contractor management in the warehouse and when units are on site
- Prepare purchase and work orders and reconcile invoices
- Assist with the preparation of required documentation
- Assist in overseeing build and refurbishment programme of new and returned units
- Assist with Planned Preventative Maintenance coordination
- Ensure Q-bital’s obligations against quality and safety standards are met
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Attend customer sites to carry out small repairs to the units where necessary

**Required conditions**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar technical coordination role
- Knowledge of relevant workplace health and safety regulations
- Proven experience in managing inventory, commissioning and after sales support
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, and take ownership and accountability in the role
- Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
- Experience with CAD software
- Class C (or higher) current driver’s license
- Hold or be willing to obtain a valid passport
- Working at height certificate license (desirable)
