**Role overview**:
Billings and Collections Officer required to join a private hospital. This role has excellent exposure and opportunities to the wider business for career progression.

This role will deliver accurate and efficient administration of billing and collections whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service to ensure an industry-leading experience.

**Your day will look a little like this**:

- Maintaining an accurate and efficient billing workflow
- Prioritise daily billing
- Preparing and utilising billing data and reporting
- Prioritise the collection, follow-up and monitoring of debt in line with KPIs, preparing and utilising collection reporting, completing
- Support with safety and quality improvement strategies

**Your experience will include**:

- Worked in debt collection/accounts receivable
- Worked in the Healthcare industry (desirable)
- Worked in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team
- MS Office and webPAS experience
