We are currently looking for an experienced **Retail Manager** to join our team at **Pymble Ladies College.** This Full-time position will see you leading a small team, providing exceptional service to customers and supporting the management team. This is a role for a focused and motivated manager who thrives on a challenge and enjoys motivating, mentoring and building an effective and professional team.

**The position**:

- Monday to Friday roster, shifts are variable between 6am and 6pm
- Supervising a small team
- Drivers licence an advantage

**The person**:

- Must have working with children check
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel
- Strong communication skills across all business levels including young children
- Previous experience in a retail environment or similar canteen-style role
- Great barista skills with experience in coffee art
