The Knox Grammar School uniform shop which is operated by Chartwells, a division of Compass Group Australia is looking to recruit two permanent part time uniform shop sales assistants. The uniform shop sales assistant will be responsible for dealing with customers and students and assisting the uniform shop manager.

**Day to day responsibilities include**:

- Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Processing online Flexi schools orders
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
- Dealing with customer queries

Retail Experience is preferred (uniform shop sales experience would be a bonus) although full training will be provided.

You must have excellent presentation and customer skills, be able to multitask, work independently, as well as working as part of a supportive team.

There is some flexibility in the hours and days. We do ask, however, that you are available for key dates in our calendar at the end of June, mid-December and the start of the school year from mid-January to mid-February.
