**Retail Manager at KOI Dessert Bar**

**About the Role**

As our **Retail Manager**, you'll be the heart of our customer experience, ensuring every guest enjoys the exceptional service and unique quality KOI is known for. You'll lead our retail team, manage daily operations, and drive sales, all while upholding the high standards of our exquisite brand.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead & Inspire: Guide, select, train, and supervise our dedicated retail team.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure outstanding customer service, sell goods and services to customers, advise them on product use, and maintain KOI's presentation standards.
- Drive Success: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions, undertake budgeting, and boost sales performance.
- Strategic Planning: Help determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards; formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, set prices, and promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and operational standards.

**What We're Looking For**
- 3+ years of retail management experience, ideally in hospitality or premium food.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- A proven track record in sales and operational management.
- A genuine passion for desserts and a commitment to quality.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
