**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Managing the customer service requirements of the business
- Managing the booking schedule for each day
- Performing follow up calls to see how patients are doing after their consult visit
- Entering accurate notes on the patients file with any correspondence
- Discussing with clients the current health initiatives by the hospital, and how they could be benefiting from these
- Flagging any complaints to the clinic management
- Discussing benefits and signing up clients to healthcare plans
- Submitting insurance claims
- Send digital surgical admissions forms to clients

This practice is part of an independent small group of clinics located in Sydney, NSW. You will be working under the Bella Vista Clinic in the beautiful hills district of Sydney, although in a remote role. In saying that, you are encouraged to attend the practice for team social events and in-house training if you live in Sydney

YOU That is, if you are
- You will be an experienced receptionist/customer service member or veterinary nurse with the ability to support the busy team at the hospital, providing a positive experience to every client who contacts the hospital.
- An excellent communicator with a warm and friendly phone demeanour
- Someone who is highly motivated with strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask with a smile
Someone with the ability to stay focused in a work from home environment, and enjoy a fast pace of work
- A quick learner as the hospital uses multiple platforms to provide clients with a top tier service
- An above award salary (negotiable) ranging from $55,000 upwards, plus superannuation, depending on experience
- Working for a practice that is part of a group of clincs in Sydney, who are family owned and operated
- Working with 7.5 other customer care advisors across the group of hospitals, who are based across NSW and other states. This is a friendly team that works and supports each other alongside the hospital team
- Although this is a work from home role, you will be an integral to the team and always invited to in house training, lunches, and any social activities they do. Regular catchups are held to help reduce any isolation that may be felt from a WFH role - it is important that the remote team members feel part of the team
- Regular Monday to Friday hours with NO WEEKENDs AND NO PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
