**The Role**
FightMND is now looking for a Data & Insights Manager. Reporting to the Director - Corporate Services and working closely with the Director - Marketing & Communications and General Manager Fundraising - this is a critical role to the business. As Data & Insights Manager, you will manage FightMND’s data and build a best-in-class data and digital ecosystem to drive donor engagement and revenue growth for the business.

You will ensure the company's CRM enhances FightMND’s marketing and communication capabilities. You'll develop and execute FightMND’s data strategy roadmap and data governance policies, improve understanding of donors through the acquisition of new data and integration of data across platforms, and improve the overall value and useability of current data through data segmentation, data quality and data integrity.

**Skills & Experience**
- Ideally you will have 3-4 years of experience in the use of a CRM in a marketing and/or fundraising context (preferably Raiser’s Edge)
- You will be experienced with data analysis workflows, with the ability to solve complex problems using data manipulation and insights
- Demonstrated experience leading projects to either implement, integrate or improve data platforms and data hygiene
- Deep experience in data analytics and developing data insights across different data sets
- An understanding of how insightful research & analysis can result in revenue generation
- You will have the ability to craft a powerful, clear narrative that tells the story of a set of insights.
