City Finance is a national organisation with a number of franchised offices across Australia. Providing small, unsecured personal loans up to $5,000 as their core service, City Finance have established themselves as a trusted name within the Australian lending market over the last 25 years. As a securely backed financial leader, City Finance is an agile organisation with strong financial expertise and growth forecasts.

Our Eight Mile Plains Office is looking for an enthusiastic Lending Officer who is keen to further develop their skills and career in lending.

As a Lending Officer you will be vital in supporting our Lending Team in the achievement of lending budgets. We rely on our Lending Officers to coordinate and take care of the sales and loans process including:

- Conducting loan interviews - compiling income and expense information
- Collecting/collating financial information about the customer
- Identifying and converting sales opportunities across City Finance's personal loan products
- Maintaining customer relationships

We are keen to appoint a Lending Officer who:

- Has a genuine interest in helping customers and building rapport and credibility through a professional approach
- Previous sales, lending or credit experience within a financial services or retail banking environment preferred
- Drive and commitment to achieve both personal and team targets
- A cooperative team approach

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $59,999.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
