**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service, building rapport through professional interactions over the phone and SMS
- Coordinate with team members to submit loans for approval and ensure timely funding

**Qualifications**:

- A strong interest in helping customers and delivering a professional, supportive experience
- Enthusiasm for customer interaction through phone and SMS communications
- Motivation to meet and exceed personal and team targets
- A collaborative spirit and a cooperative team approach
- A positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a fun, supportive work environment
- Experience in sales, lending, or credit roles is a plus but not required._
