Join our team as a Site Supervisor at our Fleet Management site in Minchinbury, NSW

As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a small team of technicians. Your exceptional mechanical knowledge and skills will shine as you ensure that all vehicles are scheduled and serviced on time, maintaining the highest standards. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and customer representatives.

**Your new role**
- Managing and supporting all on-site employees, leading by example
- Ensuring all fleet service and maintenance requirements are met to the highest standards
- Supervising and assisting technicians with their daily service routine
- Participating in the on-call roster for breakdowns
- Scheduling vehicles in line with site operations and ensuring clear and concise reports are produced by technicians
- Completing daily administration duties, including preparing invoices for costing
- Promoting and practicing all OHS regulations to maintain a safe workshop area Working as part of a team to maintain company standards for productivity and efficiency

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience as a Heavy Vehicle Technician with a required trade certificate/qualification
- Previous supervision and scheduling skills/experience are advantageous
- Current MC licence
- Excellent ability to share knowledge with technicians and apprentices
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with exceptional time management skills Attention to detail with a strong customer focus
