**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Warehouse Cost Control (Warehouse)**:

- **Supervise Daily FC Activities**:Maximize efficiency, minimize staff overtime.
- **Roster Management**:Create and manage warehouse staff rosters.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyse logistics data for productivity and loss prevention
- **Operational Policies**:Implement and oversee warehouse operational policies.
- **Inventory Control**:Manage inventory, quality assurance, and logistics productivity.
- **Equipment Overall Safety**:Ensure effective and safe warehouse equipment use.
- **Staff Management**:Motivate, discipline, and ensure staff safety.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain documentation and accurate warehouse records.
- **Adhoc Reporting**:Manage adhoc reporting and analysis for Operations group.
- **Project Reporting**:Report and control costs on project implementations
- **Assist Deliveries**:Assist with deliveries as needed.

**About You**:

- Previous relevant experience in a similar role and/or industry
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Customer service, time management, organisational, and administration skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office), Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP system would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of import/export procedures and customs requirements
- Personal characteristics: Solution-focused, leadership, driven, high achiever, pride, self-motivated.
