**About the Role**

Reporting to the National Operations Manager and working closely with the broader leadership team and site managers, the National HR & Talent Acquisition Manager has a dual purpose.
Firstly, to develop effective talent acquisition and retention strategies. This
will include creating and implementing sourcing strategies for current and future job openings; recruitment operations; onboarding and Employee Experience.
Secondly you will also coach and act as trusted advisor to executives and managers on all people related matters, including employee off boarding, exit interviews and performance management.

**About You**

The broad descriptors of the person’s experience include the following:

- Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partner background with a strong focus in recruitment (3-5 years)
- Sound and in-depth knowledge of HR legislation, risk and compliance
- Track-record of building relationships and credibility across multi-site businesses
- Prior experience in the Agri-sector and Degree qualifications in HR or similar is desirable
- Ability to alternate between big picture thinking and being ‘hands-on’

**About Culture & Benefits**

Friendly down to earth culture that values relationships. Salary on offer is circa $130K + super + discretionary bonus.
This role is ideally to be based in Frankston Victoria.
Given it is a multi site business there is flexibility around this, as long as you are prepared to travel occasionally to regional southern NSW and QLD.
