**Requirements**:

- At least three years of experience as a professional recruiter with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting employers.
- In-depth knowledge of the local job market in Sydney, including current trends, industry insights, and competitor analysis.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employers, establishing trust and becoming a trusted recruitment partner.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, utilising various channels and platforms to identify and engage with employers, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and delivering exceptional service to employers.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- A passion for the recruitment industry, staying updated with the latest trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and continuously deliver exceptional results for employers.
