Join this stunning purpose-built service located in Zetland as their new Centre Manager.

This small 50 place service has a home like feel and are looking for an experienced Director to work off the floor.

They require someone who can lead the service and ideally someone who has experience in successful A&R. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the industry.

This is a family-owned service with long standing staff members, unlimited recourses and each educator is allocated their own individual budgets.

**To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following**:

- An Early Childhood Degree or Diploma
- At least 3 years experience working in a Director role
- Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
- Values a collaborative team approach
- Is able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
- Experience in delivering inclusive early childhood teaching programs
- Sound understanding of and commitment to Belonging, Being and Becoming - The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia and The National Quality Framework
