**About the role**

Our close-knit Frenchs Forest branch are looking for a Trainee Strata Manage to join our Mason & Brophy branch. This position is integral to the success of our business. As a Trainee Strata Manager, no two days are the same, and in this role, you will be the trusted advisor to your own client group (Strata Committees). You will have accountability for:

- An initial portfolio where you will be given training and guidance to ensure you have the tools to deliver a quality service;
- Frequent interacting with clients and overseeing property operations, business management, and budgeting for common areas and property services;
- Coordinating and facilitating AGM’s and GMs for your client group;
- Ensuring compliance with legislation
- Working with a supportive team, including Assistant Strata Managers, and a shared service team to exceed clients’ expectations

**About you**

You might have some experience in Strata or Property industries and have an interest in progressing your career in this industry.

You have fantastic communication skills. You know relationships matter and enjoy nurturing relationships with external customers and with your co-workers. You understand that we don’t always speak to people on their best day but are committed to working with customers to solve problems. You will If you can work at a fast pace, enjoy thinking outside the box, have strong communication skills, and want to be the “glue” for our tribe and are a genuinely a nice person who is always willing to pitch in when the chips are down, then we will consider you
