As the Practice Manager you will develop the capability of the organisations service delivery, embedding high-quality practice and the promotion of goal-oriented service delivery with a focus on achieving outcomes. You will provide focused leadership and professional supervision across the service delivery team.

**Some of the key areas of the role are;**
- Provide structured leadership and support to the services delivery team, promoting a collaborative and customer-centric approach that is focused on high-standard quality care and innovation.
- Oversight of the care coordinators to ensure high standard delivery of information, advice, and guidance to customers, service providers, and community members
- Promote a goal-oriented service delivery with a focus on achieving outcomes through education and ongoing education with staff
- Extract and analyse reports from the CRM system to identify any issues and monitor client budgets to ensure billable hours are captured in the care coordinators practice
- Actively participate in community education sessions, and contribute to a safe working environment

**You will also have;**
- Experience managing diverse teams; Leading people through change in a proactive, positive and inclusive way
- Experience in leadership, community development, social work or social science with relevant qualifications being highly regarded but not essential
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the community care sector, namely Aged Care and/or NDIS standards and service systems
- Capacity to effectively deliver and monitor service provision within budgetary requirements.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Hold an unrestricted NSW driver's license and be willing to use your own vehicle for work purposes. As well as being open to undertaking pre-employment checks including WWCC and national police check
