**About the opportunity**
PICA Group’s branch in Frenchs Forest is looking for an Assistant Strata Manager. This role would work 5 days per fortnight from home and 5 days per fortnight from our office (with parking)

As an Assistant Strata Manager, your duties will include:

- Supporting two Strata Managers to deliver services to customers
- Engaging with committee members to provide information or manage situations
- Maintaining documents and records using a document management system
- Preparing and updating meeting records including minutes and agendas
- You may also attend meetings with a Strata Manager

**We’re looking for someone who has.**
- Experience in a supporting admin role
- Experience using CRM and document management systems
- The ability to learn quickly and be proactive
- Problem solving ability
- Fantastic relationship management skills - you love being part of a team
