Minimum qualifications:

- 8 years of experience working with SaaS and cloud computing solutions in a Channel Sales/Partner role.
- Experience with public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) markets.
- Experience in building partnerships with technology partners and global system integrators.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience managing technology partnership businesses and working through sales and deployment cycles.
- Experience in designing and building Go-to-Market models with global partners.
- Experience with a wide range of partners in the cloud ecosystem including Value Added Reseller (VAR), Direct Market Reseller (DMR), System Integrator (SI), and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners.
- Ability to navigate highly ambiguous work environments.
- Ability to collaborate in a multi-regional and dynamic team.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

**About the job**:
As a Partner Development Manager for Technology Partnerships, you will be responsible for executing the business development strategy with a number of partners within Australia. You will be responsible for achieving strategic goals and driving partner success. You will represent Google Cloud products and services for our Technology Partnerships while at times focusing on a specific solution, or product set, for particular partner industry markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute joint business development planning processes with partners that develop mutual performance objectives, goals, and critical milestones.
- Meet goals and strategic objectives in relation to accounts including goals, business growth, certifications, and solution development.
- Engage with executive stakeholders (e.g., C-level, Vice President, etc.) at global consulting partners.
- Harness executive and partner relationships to build trust with stakeholders in Google Cloud Field Sales teams.
- Manage complex enterprise discussions and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
