**Your new company**
Representing more than 18,000 members, this Not for Profit organisation and its members embody a strong force of expertise within the law sector, shaping the justice system to signify all Victorians. They are based in the Melbourne CBD and are seeking a temp worker to join their team on a unique project speaking with Law Students who are in their final year of graduation.
**Your new role**
Working on this project for 4-6 weeks, you will be an effective part of the team and be involved in an outbound phone campaign, reaching out to students who are studying Law in Victoria, and have an open conversation about the good and the bad, the high’s and low’s they’ve had whilst studying, and provide guidance and support. Engaging with the students and encouraging them to sign up to a new practical learning course, providing information on next steps they can take after their studies, or to submit an expression of interest to drive engagement to all tools available to support the students in their final year. This campaign is established to help the students navigate their studies and ensure they have all the right support, and resources to help them succeed in their studies, and beyond.
**What you'll need to succeed**
As you will be speaking with law students, having an awareness or background in the legal industry is highly recommended. You will be talking to students to see how they are tracking in their studies and what they potentially need to continue to upskill in their sector. This organisation is a membership body so ensuring you are representing the company with exceptional customer service skills is required. You will have the confidence to work autonomously and work on the outbound call campaign. Ensuring you are providing accurate advice and guidance associated with their degree. This role is short term, working on the outbound call campaign for 4-6 weeks, you will have full working rights during that period.
