We're excited to invite a warm, charismatic communicator to join Contour MedPrep as our Student Liaison (Appointment Setter) . Backed by structured training, proven call scripts, and an unwavering team culture, you'll be the very first voice that aspiring medical students and their parents hear when they enquire about our UCAT and Interview preparation programs .

You'll engage high‑intent, warm leads generated from free Contour events, mock exams, and website enquiries, uncover their goals and concerns, and schedule them into 1‑to‑1 Welcome Consultations with our expert Program Consultant team. Your conversations will calm nerves, provide direction, and open the door to resources that help anxious, overwhelmed students realise their dream of studying medicine.

We are Australia's fastest-growing medical/dental preparation company, specialising in comprehensive, innovative and results-driven UCAT and Interview preparation which empowers students to gain admission into medicine and dentistry. 200+ of our 2024 students received offers into medical/dental school for 2025 , including 73 offers into Monash, 53 into UQ, 47 into JMP (UoN/UNE), 46 into UNSW and 42 into Adelaide Uni

Our UCAT & Interview programs are characterised by engaging group lessons, abundant resources and 24/7 support, as well as industry-first initiatives such as Australia's first Simulated UCAT Testing Centres and Free 1-On-1 Admissions Consultations. Our students achieve record-breaking UCAT results , including the World Record UCAT Score of 3590 (2023), a 3060 Median (2024), 1 in 2 score 90th Percentile (2024), and 43 x 99th Percentile (3350+) students (2024).

Over 2000 students and 100 staff have joined us since our founding. In 2024, we successfully expanded our in-person Live Testing Centres to Brisbane and Sydney, with over 1000 bookings, and hundreds of new enrolmentsfrom all over Australia. In 2025, we now have permanent in-person centres in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane , and in April we expanded to Perth and Adelaide with free events for hundreds of students . What you'll do

Lead Engagement, Qualification & Appointment Booking

- Execute timely first contact and follow‑up calls to warm leads (not cold calling) sourced from free Contour events, incoming enquiries, and other inbound channels .
- Maintain a structured call schedule aligned with peak response windows.
- Conduct quick needs assessments using targeted, open‑ended questions; address objections confidently and clearly.
- Book high‑quality 1‑to‑1 Welcome Consultations with the Program Consultant team, achieving weekly conversion targets.
- Update Monday.com CRM in real time, logging call outcomes, notes, and next steps.
- Audit and prioritise your pipeline daily to focus on high‑potential prospects.

KPI Achievement & Reporting

- Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, consultations booked, and conversion metrics.
- Provide concise performance summaries to the Sales Manager, highlighting wins and areas for improvement.

Professional Development & Team Collaboration

- Participate in ongoing training sessions and seek feedback for continuous self-improvement.
- Actively share best practices and implement coaching feedback to continuously elevate performance.

Work Schedule:

- Weekdays:12:00PM – 8:00PM to maximise outbound‑call pickup rates.
- Weekends: Shifts rostered on Saturdays & Sundays between 9:00AM – 8:00PM .
- Note: Evening and/or weekend availability is essential to maximise the pickup rates of outbound calls and follow-ups, as students are unavailable during school hours.

Compensation: $60,000 + super + commissions (OTE $100k+)

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 1 year outbound phone‑sales or appointment setting experience in a high‑performance B2C environment.
- Experience in education or high‑stakes exam‑preparation sales (preferred but not essential).

- Warm, High-Intent Leads Only – All calls come from engaged prospects via our events, mock exams, and website enquiries — no cold calling.
- Above-Market Pay – $60,000 + super + uncapped commissions, with $100k+ OTE for high performers.
