**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the implementation of assessment-related changes and projects, focusing on the transformation of the RANZCP clinical assessment program into a workplace environment. Your primary focus will be working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to develop, deliver, and operationalise assessment activities and changes in the examinations delivery for the doctors undertaking medical specialist training towards professional qualifications and Fellowship in Psychiatry.

**What you will bring**
- A solid background in medical education or assessment related sector or post-graduate education, with relevant experience or understanding of the change management principles, medical training challenges and emerging trends in the field.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects while engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and communication skills with well-developed analytical and research skills and proven experience in the development of highly complex project plans and proposals.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Experience in Competency-Based Model Education (CBME) in health, education or assessment related settings is highly desirable.
- Experience within a membership organisation or the not-for-profit sector would be an advantage.
