- Salary range from $79,900-$99,900 inclusive of Super and Leave Loading.
**About Us**
**The role**
This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the implementation of assessment-related changes and projects in education. It involves working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to develop, deliver, and operationalise assessment activities, ensuring smooth transformation of clinical assessments into the workplace-based training and assessment environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Directors of Training, Supervisors, Fellows, Committees, Health Services, government agencies for project deliverables and initiatives.
- Identify project and process gaps/risks and develop mitigation strategies for problem resolution in consultation with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee any reviews of Regulations, Policies, Procedures, and IT systems impacted by project outcomes.
- Develop project proposals, progress reports, relevant material, business cases, manage contracts and assist with budget development.
- Coordinate project planning for program delivery in a complex, heavily regulated medical education and assessment environments.
- Develop project related content to provide specific assessment related reports to meet conditions of the Australian Medical Council and other regulatory authorities.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Demonstrated experience and achievements in innovative and strategic project management and/or program development in educational settings.
- Exceptional written and communication skills with well-developed analytical and research skills to enable preparation of a range of complex documents and presentations using a variety of digital tools.
- Degree in education and/or an equivalent combination of education/training and development, and/or assessment experience in post-graduate education.
- Exposure to Competency-Based Model Education (CBME) in education settings such as curriculum design, assessment methods and post-graduate medical education.
- Experience within a membership organisation or the not-for-profit sector or experience in medical education would be an advantage.
- Proficient computer or advanced experience with Microsoft packages.
