The Work for the Dole Support Consultant will contribute to the success of Employment Plus by providing quality assurance and support to ensure the success of Annual Activity Requirements (AAR), PATH Internships and National Work Experience Programs under the Workforce Australia contract.
This role, based in our National Office will be recognised as a support person who can easily adapt to contract or process changes and translate the changes to teams so that they improve on efficiencies, knowledge and successfully negotiate activities as required.

- About the role:
- Support and manage relationships with activity hosts such as The Salvation Army stores, RTO's, community organisations and more.
- Process approved activities in both internal and external systems, ensuring compliance to contractual and guideline requirements.
- Collaborate with national Work for the Dole Advisor team and other internal departments, address requests efficiently and prioritising where required.
- Correspond with stakeholders involved in activity operation, provide support and guidance regarding activity management and communicate contractual requirements where necessary.
- Compile and organise electronic files with a high level of accuracy
- Facilitate incident reporting, ensuring departmental requirements are adhered to and relevant information is catalogued and recorded safely.
- About you:
- Demonstrated administration experience with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
- A flexible and mature outlook with an ability to work autonomously within a team that is outcome focused
- Excellent organisational skills, and able to prepare written material that is well structured and easy to follow by the intended audience
- Ability to find and check information needed to complete own work tasks
- Experience in Workplace Health and Safety is an advantage
