**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Document Controller to join our HumeLink Project team. Reporting to the Process Quality and Compliance Manager, you will provide strategic oversight and hands-on leadership in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of document control systems. This role is key to ensuring regulatory compliance, document integrity, and efficient information management across a complex multi-stakeholder infrastructure project. You will champion digital transformation in document workflows and play a central role in integrating systems like InEight Doc, SharePoint, and Power BI with broader project controls and delivery frameworks.

**About You**
- Proven experience managing document control systems on major infrastructure or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of InEight Doc and SharePoint, with the ability to train and support end users
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders
- High attention to detail and confidence in overseeing compliance, auditing, and version control processes
- Experienced in developing and implementing document control frameworks aligned with project governance and compliance standards
- A proactive, solutions focused mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high performing team
- Ability to identify opportunities for process optimisation and system enhancement to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
