This is your opportunity to join carsales' Outbound Performance team as a phone-based Account Manager on a 9 month fixed term contract. This team manages relationship with car dealerships across the country.
As a phone-based Account Manager within this team, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of potential business prospects through our existing database to support the growth of car dealerships. If you are passionate about customer service and proactively building business relationships, then we want to hear from you.
Our Salesteams are full of talented individuals who partner with our customers - whether that be dealerships, agencies, automotive manufacturers, corporates or finance and insurance companies. They’re passionate about ensuring we remain a market leader, providing best in class services and offering tailored solutions to our clients and customers. We have multiple sales teams who look after different client bases, so there are plenty of opportunities to move teams and learn something new if you’re wanting to broaden your skillset.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Understand and share expertise in implementing new ways our clients can improve their business by providing a tailored solution from our suite of products.
- Support and maintain existing accounts, track performance and ensure that our clients are receiving the best return on investment.
- Act as a conduit between our internal teams and our clients to coordinate all elements of campaigns and ensure that the quality/expectations are met.

- You're not afraid of getting on the phone and you'll come with a track record of customer service (face to face or on the phone).
- You are a confident communicator who can build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders and someone who is comfortable with a presentation or two.
- If you have experience within dealership or digital media this is a bonus
