NextGen Jobs has an opportunity for a **Cert III** **Business Trainee** to join the Team at a leading Wellbeing and Hygiene Distributor. This role is available immediately, and will see you complete a **Certificate III in Business**, which will allow to gain experience and develop new skills and capabilities
**Based in Prestons NSW**
**About the Role**
- Performing a range of administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner including answering routine queries, taking messages, following up on action items
- Performing computer-based tasks including preparing and sending standard written communications, maintaining databases and registers
- Communicating and liaising effectively with managers and staff to assist in the professional operation of the business
- Providing support in the collation and distribution of documents
- Simultaneously completing a Certificate III in Business
- Providing customer service to your team members and management
- General office duties
**About You**
- Great attention to detail
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Mature minded, well-presented and well spoken
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional personal presentation
- Friendly with a positive can-do attitude
- Strong work ethic and commitment to a 12-month Traineeship
- A great team player with good organisation skills
- Effective time management and strong communication skills
- Recent school leavers are encouraged to apply
