Blue Lotus College is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Trainer and Assessor in the following qualifications:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021)
- Certificate IV in Disability Support (CHC43121)
- Diploma of Community Services (CHC52021)

**Key Criteria**:

- Experience with Moodle
- Experience in handling administrative work related to training and assessment.
- Prior experience of contextualization of assessment tools and training materials
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with online platforms preferably in Microsoft teams
- Must have vocational competency at the level delivering training and assessment.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in training and assessment
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in management field
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive and CAN-DO attitude
- Strong passion in education industry and preferably in CRICOS environment

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
