Your new company
Mackellar is one of Australia’s largest privately owned mining equipment & service providers in Mining and Civil Earthmoving and we’re excited to be building our on-site team
Your new role
- Provide general administrative support to on-site Human Resources department inclusive of; reporting, data entry, scheduling, minute taking, filing and archiving documents as required
- Support the onboarding of new workers
- Provide payroll administrative support as required
- Provide support for event planning, client meetings and management
- General ad-hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience in mine site-based administrative position, experience within HR department highly advantageous
- Experience in Outlook, Word and Excel processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships with co-workers and respectfully interact with a wide variety of people in a diverse workforce while maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Current Standard 11 and QLD Drivers Licence.
