Your new company

Your new role
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of fortnightly payroll timesheet entries in line with legislation and current policies and procedures
- Maintaining and oversee leave records and processes
- Act as main contact for all payroll queries site wide
- Assist with upcoming projects to improve site payroll processes and procedures
- Provide regular and ad hoc reports for managers / supervisors.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have a passion for data, an excellent knowledge of excel and have a keen eye for detail
- A solid background in payroll for a medium to large sized organisation
- Exceptional attention to detail whilst working in a high-volume role
- Advanced skill level using Microsoft Office packages, specifically Word and Excel
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience managing payroll within the Black Coal industry and Black Coal LSL would be highly regarded
- Current Standard 11 and QLD Drivers Licence.
