With over **19 years of excellence**, **Exercise For Life** is one of Perth’s most established multi-practitioner Exercise Physiology clinics. We’re passionate about building meaningful careers and are excited to welcome a new **Admin Assistant / Receptionist** to our supportive and dynamic team.

**Starting end of September** | 4 **hours per day (Wednesday to Friday)**
Perfect for someone returning to the workforce, seeking school-friendly hours, or after a flexible part-time role

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Greeting clients & managing front desk reception
- Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
- Handling bookings across Medicare, NDIS, DVA, WorkCover & private clients
- Managing digital patient files & gym membership support
- Processing payments, invoicing & occasional retail sales

What You’ll Bring:

- Strong customer service skills (medical/gym reception a bonus)
- Confident using computer systems, Excel & booking software
- Experience with Xero is a plus
- Great attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive attitude
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Friendly, professional communication with a client-first approach
