We currently have an opportunity for an **Area Work Supervisor **in the Adelaide, SA area for our Government and Infrastructure Facility Management team, supporting the South Australia Housing Authority (SAHA) contract.

You will be responsible for the effective delivery of works and services including the management of subcontractor performance.

**What you’ll bring
- Solid experience managing and delivering planned works program in a similar role and/or industry.
- Experienced in the delivery of contracts where an outsourced model is used to deliver services.
- Experienced in managing, monitoring and evaluating the performance of Sub-contractors
- Experience in building and construction management.
- Ability to monitor, evaluate and review contracts and understanding of project management principles.
- Well-developed influencing and negotiating skills and can communicate to all levels.An understanding of quality systems and principles.
