Due to the recent awarding of the South Australia Housing Authority (SAHA) contract, we have opportunities for **Area Works Supervisors** in the Adelaide, SA area for our Government and Infrastructure Facility Management team.

You will be responsible for the effective delivery of works and services including the management of subcontractor performance.

**What you’ll do**

The role has lots of creative scope:

- Develop project ‘scopes of work’ to client standards and deliver works within budget, at the required quality standard and on time.
- Planning and co-ordinating daily project delivery tasks, including Scoping of Vacant Properties, both administratively and with external, supply partners delivering works.
- Ensure quality of work is in accordance with contractual requirements, company standards and to the satisfaction of the client.
- Ensure relevant contractual KPI’s are met and exceeded where possible.
- Develop strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact including managing relevant client enquiries and meeting or surpassing client expectations.

**What you’ll bring**
- Qualified or appropriately experienced Project Management/Property Maintenance or experienced Qualified trades person (highly desirable)
- Solid experience managing and delivering planned works program in a similar role and/or industry.
- Experienced in the delivery of contracts where an outsourced model is used to deliver services.
- Experienced in managing, monitoring and evaluating the performance of Sub-contractors.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at one time.
- Experience with health & safety and quality systems.
- Well-developed influencing and negotiating skills and can communicate to all levels.
