- **Handpicked Wine**s is a premium Australian wine brand dedicated to crafting exceptional wines that reflect the unique terroir of each vineyard site. - **House of Arras **is Australia’s most awarded sparkling wine brand with 110 trophies and over 290 gold medals received across the domestic and international wine show circuits. **About the role**:

- Brand Ambassador for both wine brands at the Sydney Airport Duty Free
- Generate brand awareness and demonstrate customer excellence
- Proactively promote brand to drive sales
- Deliver a high level of customer service through exceptional communication, product knowledge and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet a customer’s needs
- Efficiently and smartly transacts, ensuring customers are well informed of their outgoing/incoming purchase limits

**About you**:

- An energetic and ‘can do’ attitude
- A passion for people and able to build rapport with people from different cultures quickly
- Hunger and willingness to learn coupled with a strong work ethic
- Have ability to work in a fast paced environment as a confident salesperson
- Professional appearance and manner are essential
- Retail sales or Cellar Door experience
- General Wine knowledge and experience.
- WSET Wine qualification or equivalent preferential
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- bilingual preferred Mandarin and/or Cantonese

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.29 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
