- **Handpicked Wine**s is a premium Australian wine brand dedicated to crafting exceptional wines that reflect the unique terroir of each vineyard site. - **House of Arras **is Australia’s most awarded sparkling wine brand with 110 trophies and over 290 gold medals received across the domestic and international wine show circuits. They are the individual expressions of the outstanding Tasmanian landscape, showcasing the complexity of flavour and character, only achieved through exceptional time en tirage.

**About the role**:

- Brand Ambassador for both wine brands at the Sydney Airport Duty Free
- Generate brand awareness and demonstrate customer excellence
- Proactively promote brand to drive sales
- Deliver a high level of customer service through exceptional communication, product knowledge and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet a customer’s needs
- Efficiently and smartly transacts, ensuring customers are well informed of their outgoing/incoming purchase limits

**About you**:

- An energetic and ‘can do’ attitude
- A passion for people and able to build rapport with people from different cultures quickly
- Hunger and willingness to learn coupled with a strong work ethic
- Have ability to work in a fast paced environment as a confident salesperson
- Professional appearance and manner are essential
- Retail sales or Cellar Door experience
- General Wine knowledge and experience.
- WSET Wine qualification or equivalent preferential
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- bilingual preferred Mandarin and/or Cantonese

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.29 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
