We are looking for a passionate, charismatic, and highly motivated Brand Ambassador to become the face and voice of Manly Spirits & Coastal Stone whisky.

You will have the ability to promote, network, and communicate effectively. As a Brand Ambassador, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure the achievement of marketing objectives and help drive brand awareness and trade engagement.

This role will be based in Sydney, covering the broader Sydney area, regional New South Wales, and occasional interstate travel.

MAIN DUTIES:

- Identify & develop opportunities within on-premise (e.g. bars, restaurants, pubs) and off-premise (e.g. bottle shops) to increase brand awareness & visibility with the primary objective to drive sales and distribution
- Coordinate and execute trade & consumer events including staffing, POS, stock management, logistics, and event evaluation
- Develop and maintain trade relationships with new or existing on-premise accounts through networking events, education, trainings, and activations
- Implement staff education and brand immersion through staff trainings, masterclasses, tastings, and experiences
- Implement in-venue brand activations and cocktail promotions
- Create regular social media content to promoted via brand channels & drinks community
- Design signature cocktail listings in conjunction with key accounts
- Support the sales team in maintaining and forming relationships with off-premise accounts (e.g. bottle shops) through sampling activations, trainings, masterclasses, or trade shows
- Implement and host Distillery educational experiences e.g. gin blending classes, cocktail making, whisky appreciation
- General housekeeping including tracking of expenses, updating event calendar, reporting & evaluations, CRM tracking

- Ability to build and maintain strong trade relationships
- Ability to prioritize and plan activities efficiently (presentation, project management, multi-tasking & prioritization skills)
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and create customised strategies
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work independently and outside of normal business hours or on weekends

DIRECT MANAGER:
Senior Marketing Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 5 year’s experience in the hospitality industry with a minimum of 2 year’s experience as a Brand Ambassador or similar role
- Excellent communications skills with a professional attitude
- Outgoing, friendly personality and strong desire to meet new people
- Solid social media presence and experience creating online content
- Willingness to travel
- Flexibility to alter workdays
- Commitment to work evenings and weekends
- Experience in retail is a plus

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid RSA certification
- Valid Australian driving license
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency status
