About the role

Red Gum is an established direct sales and marketing company based in Sydney. It was founded by people who are passionate about helping their teams grow and develop personally and professionally. We work in F2F sales and fundraising, and the role would involve meeting and chatting with members of the public every day So, if you love talking and care about making the world a better place, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Representing non-profit clients through direct, face-to-face interactions in events, retail, and/or residential campaigns

Sharing the mission, vision, and impact of the causes you're representing

Acquiring new donors and generating support through meaningful conversations

Achieving individual and team performance targets

Participating in training and development to build skills in communication, sales, and leadership
