MPM Marketing Services, the leader in Food Service Disposable Packaging with the brand Castaway, has an opportunity to fill the role of Warehouse Supervisor.

The position is a ‘Hands on’ role reporting to the Site Manager, and this diverse role covers but is not limited to some of the following areas of responsibility;
- Supervising a small sized team through all facets of warehousing and distribution
- Efficiently and safely controlling warehouse operations and resources including compliance with company processes and procedures
- Ensuring orders are picked accurately, and scheduling of transport to deadlines
- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all Goods in functions
- Controlling hired pallets including ongoing reconciliations of hired pallet accounts
- Maintaining stock integrity including the control of returns, quarantines, damages and other stock discrepancies

The applicant must have:

- Good grounding in goods-in, dispatch, freight, and stock control functions
- Strong CHEP management experience
- Forklift licence
- Ability to set high standards and lead by example
- Team first attitude
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Understanding of OH&S policy
- Prior experience in a similar role

Ideally you will have strong organizational skills, be customer orientated, and have effective communications skills along with a flexible attitude and the ability to get hands on as required. Prior exposure to HACCP will be highly regarded.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Warehouse supervisor: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
