TICKETING & CRM MANAGER - Full Time, Onsite Position

Salary - $120K (including superannuation)

We are recruiting a Ticketing & CRM Manager, to lead the in-house sales function. The role has a high degree of autonomy, so we are after an experienced leader with at least 4 years in an equivalent role.

The Ticketing & CRM Manager has one direct report (the Ticketing Specialist), who in turn manages our frontline box office team members.

The Ticketing & CRM Manager reports to the Marketing Director as part of our growing income generation, engagement and awareness team.

The Ticketing & CRM Manager is the ticketing lead of the sales and CRM function, with the role including:

- Ticketing strategy and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the department
- CRM platform management and strategies to grow customer data.
- Senior ticketing account management for hirers and escalation point for customer service issues.
- Contract negotiations with hirers and third-party resellers / retailers.
- Reviewing all settlements with the Programming and Finance teams and ensuring accurate processing of ticketing income.
- Systems and infrastructure development and project management, including completing the roll out of in-venue ticket scanning, completing Tessitura upgrades, linking ticketing with F&B systems, linking ticketing with tourism / travel trade channels (e.g. Ingresso), rollout of ticketing analytics systems (eg Activity Stream), dynamic pricing protocols and digitising the CRH Membership program.
- Overflow work from Ticketing Specialist and/or leave cover for tasks.
