Position Purpose
- The core role is to drive client retention, developing strong bonds to develop lifelong clients.
- Liaise with allocated Clients to ensure that our contractual obligations are met, and their needs are attended to, aiming to deliver an extraordinary Client Experience.
- Support PE with day-to-day functional tasks and responsibilities that are essential for client retention.
- Support Contractors/Cleaners and ensure they have the necessary tools/equipment/chemicals to perform their jobs up to our required standards consistently.
- Own from beginning to end the client experience and relationship. “Finger on the pulse”
