We are a dedicated Disability Service provider with a strong passion for delivering outcome-focused interventions across a diverse client group who are NDIS participants. The focus is on improving participant functionality, well-being, and community involvement.
**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are seeking a committed and passionate Client Administrator to join our Gregory Hills Office.
**The key responsibilities of the role include**:
- work closely with the client engagement team in setting up new client services
- Observing strict confidentiality in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organisation
- Create Service Agreements & gain consent from clients
- Create Service Bookings on portal
- Keep client files and service agreements up to date
- work closely with the accounts team ensuring all claims are processed
**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experiencing in communicating with people with disability
- High level of cultural sensitivity and awareness
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement
- A willingness to learn new skills
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Clearance
- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
