**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an newly created opportunity for a **Principal Solutions Consultant**to join our FUJIFILM Strategic Accounts team in **Victoria.**

Reporting to the Strategic Sales Leader, your key focus will be to engage with both prospective and existing customers to recommend tailored Managed IT Services and Digital Transformation (DX) solutions that solve IT challenges and add strategic value.

You will bring your detailed understanding of the full IT stack, including Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Data Management, your strategic perspective and your knowhow to leverage technology and drive business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Meeting with customers to conduct in-depth assessments of their IT environment, business challenges, and digital transformation objectives to identify value-added opportunities
- Analysing existing systems and workflows to develop customised IT solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to design solution proposals across infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and DX components
- Providing high-level advisory on digital transformation initiatives, including data analytics, cloud migration, process automation, and emerging technologies
- Presenting technical recommendations, focusing on how solutions can drive business outcomes, cost savings, and process optimisation
- Developing strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders, positioning the organization as a strategic partner

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in strategic account planning and revenue growth within a service delivery model, gained in IT Consulting, solutions architecture or digital transformation advisory
- Strong understanding of managed IT services, including networking, cloud infrastructure, data management, and cybersecurity - supported by Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science or Business
- Ability to assess and recommend DX initiatives, such as data analytics, cloud migration, and business process automation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business-centric language with a consultative approach
- Proven ability to assess client needs, analyse IT environments, and develop tailored solutions that drive business value
- Superior stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing senior decision-makers and aligning solutions to business goals
