**Job Description**:

- Key Accountabilities:

- Principals typically work in teams of 3 to 6 Consultants to identify and implement bespoke solutions for specific client problems, to enable long-term sustainable change to the client’s performance and objectives.
- In each project, in collaboration with the project team, the Principal will gather and diagnose information, formulate and test hypothesis and develop recommendations. Together with the project team, the Principal presents those recommended solutions to the client.
- Travel to client site is regularly required and a key component of the role.
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality and profitable consulting services to new and existing clients. Including, project management, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting and client engagement.-
- Analysing and evaluating business systems across organisations, discussing systems with team members, recording and analysing workflow charts, records, reports, manuals, systems and processes.-
- Prepare solutions and improvements to processes and systems including recommending more efficient and effective operating models.-
- Support Engagement Leads and Delivery Leads in the scoping and execution of high quality consulting engagements from start to finish.-
- Identifying and discussing business and organisational issues with clients and formulating solutions to those issues.-
- Project management, including direction and activity management of small project teams. Provide leadership and direction to the project team.-
- Prepare written reports and/or proposals.-
- Participating and contributing to Cyient Consulting brand development, intellectual property and internal and external stakeholder management.- Relationships and key stakeholders:
- Cyient Consulting clients - current and prospective-
- Cyient Consulting internal team - Head of Consulting, Engagement Leads, Project Teams-
- Cyient representatives from other business units (Digital, Geospatial etc)-
- Cyient functional teams.- Qualifications and work experience:
- Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent-
- Minimum 5 years industry experience in chosen field-
- Ability to encourage and embrace a team culture within project teams, and be “ego-less” in developing solutions-
- Ability to work within an ambiguous and dynamic environment-
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analytics-
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage with all stakeholders in an inclusive and collaborative manner.Skills & Experience
