A fantastic role has just become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a long standing agency in the Darebin City area. This team pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting each other, creating a professional and welcoming office culture.

**The Role**
- End to end management of a tidy and local portfolio
- Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
- Entry & Exit Condition Reports
- Routine Inspections
- Managing Maintenance

**The Perks**
- $80,000 plus super base on experience
- No trust accounting
- WFH can be offered following probation
- Flexibility to assist with school drop off times etc...

**Required**
- VIC Agents Representative Certificate
- Valid Drivers License
- Current Police Check
- Min 1 years experience in Property Management
