**The Position**

This position is a Full-Time role, working Monday to Friday based at our head office on the picturesque Hobart waterfront.

In this role you’ll be interacting with customers and internal stakeholders so you must be passionate about providing great customer service as well as having a strong eye for detail and outstanding accuracy.

Your duties will be, but not limited to:

- Collection of outstanding debt from customers
- Maintaining customer pricing
- Management and control over assigned ledger
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Maintaining customer records
- Support with finalising month end accounts
- Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure all invoice queries are resolved and paid
- Ad hoc duties or requirements associated with the finance function to ensure effective and efficient business operations as directed

**About you**
- 5+ year’s experience in accounts receivable
- Practical experience with ERP System (Microsoft Business Central desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- An eye for attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with various stakeholders
