As the Assistant Accounts Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our financial processes run smoothly. You'll assist with accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, payroll support, and general finance administration. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with payroll and employee expense claims
  • Support month-end reporting
  • Respond to finance-related queries
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in an accounts or admin support role (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A team player with a proactive attitude
