An exciting, full-time opportunity now exists for a Wellbeing Coordinator to join our leading Australian management consulting company. FBG specialise in employee and organisational wellbeing, partnering with our clients to develop and align leaders, guide organisational transformation and optimise performance. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with strong stakeholder management and customer service capability to join our Melbourne CBD office.

**About the role**:
The Wellbeing Coordinator works closely within the Client Operations team to coordinate wellbeing appointments, assist with wellbeing projects and support the clinical team. They maintain and improve the wellbeing service systems and contribute to the design and administration of program evaluations. This job will suit you if you thrive in a fast-paced and flexible environment, where you are working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will have:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven work experience in administration, office management or similar
- Solid organisational skills, including prioritisation and attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History check
